Pint of Science - One Health, from cells to society
The Pint of Science Festival comes to Kulturhuset on May 20, 2025.
Join us to meet local researchers who will present their latest work in accessible and engaging talks. At the end of the evening, you will get a chance to test your new knowledge with a quiz!
On the first day of the festival, our fantastic speakers will explore the theme ‘One Health, from cells to society’.
- Guillaume Nicaise, Senior Adviser at the Christian Michelsen Institute, will present: “But it’s only a small gift: the fine line between being nice and corrupt”
- Solange Steen-Hansen Saballos, Freelance journalist, will present: “Helping Every Student Learn Mathematics Their Own Way: An AI Toolkit for ADHD, Dyscalculia, and Dysgraphia”
- Henriette Christie Ertsås, Forskning til Folket (on behalf of The Influenza Centre, CCBIO, CAMRIA, and Neuro-SysMed, UiB), will present: “Why do you not tolerate?”
Pint of Science is an international non-profit organization that aims to foster connections between scientists and the public. The Pint of Science Festival occurs simultaneously in hundreds of venues across the world on May 19-21, 2025.
